What do you like best? Open Shifts is probably my favorite feature. Being able to easily pick up "floating" shifts is fantastic. What do you dislike? I really wish that the mobile had a monthly calendar view for my individual shifts like the desktop version offers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for scheduling and inter-staff communication. My experience is for a staff of about 60 people and it works great. Great software! easy scheduling, easy to keep track of the attendance!
What do you like best? It's easy to see when and who came in to work. Clocking in/out system is well-thought. Attendance is easy to track. Love the colorful shifts, makes it easier to define which shift is which when looking at the global schedule. What do you dislike? The grid is very sensitive to changes when splitting a shift manually, cutting it in pieces or creating a new one. Easy to mess up if it's 1:15 or 1:30. Easy and Efficient
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can edit shifts for employees very quickly from my own home or phone. What do you dislike? The app/website have glitches sometimes especially when it comes to editing availability. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adjusting timesheets has been much much easier.

I can't imagine doing scheduling without it!
What do you like best? It makes complicated scheduling possible. What do you dislike? There are lots of functions it doesn't have that I wish it had. I'd like to easily rearrange the order of employees while scheduling a week. I'd like the rows of employees to be different colors so I ensure the Saturday shift is going to the right person. I'd like the to have an option for the shifts to stack in one row, rather than doubling the height of the row and hiding another employee. I'd ...
