Chad was exceedingly helpful. Get this - I actually mistakenly contacted WePay about a problem I was having with Zelle. Chad went out of his way to look up and provide me with the customer support contact information for Zelle - totally above and beyond the call of duty!

I've never done an ACH payment…
I've never done an ACH payment personally and I was a little hesitant. Their customer service was excellent and they resolved my issue quickly even with it being the holiday weekend and I was able to pay my contractor.

It was later in the day when I emailed about a couple of items related to a refund and my account settings. Chad responded right away the next morning and assisted me with everything I needed help with. Thank you Chad!

Wepay is the absolute worst
Wepay is the absolute worst. I'll do everything in my power to keep people away. The company is supposedly a chase partner yet chase bank lays no claim to them. No way to contact them and their customer service is literally non-existent. What a joke!

I manage a non-profit that runs summer…
I manage a non-profit that runs summer camps. Due to COVID-19, there were parents who registered their kids for camp but decided to not send them, so refunds were required to be issued. Since some of these parents had registered their kids months ago, I could not manually refund them myself and required Chad's assistance. He was efficient, kind, and super helpful! I thought it was going to be a painful process, but I was wrong thanks to Chad's help!

Great Customer Support
I reached out to WePay for an issue with a refund that had been processed. I worked with Seán to resolve our issue. My only complaint is we were not able to receive immediate assistance. However, once we were connected with Seán he responded quickly to my emails and was professional. He was very patient as I was communicating with an outside agency about their refund we processed via WePay. He was friendly, kind, and thurough in all communications.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with their automated response on the website. I contacted customer service and Chad requested a little more information from me. Once he had that, he resolved the issue immediately. Great response and great customer service.
