Disappointing Experience with WellSaid Labs Support

I'm not happy with the customer support at WellSaid Labs. I'm on a $99 monthly plan, and every weekend, they blocked my account, making me wait two days to find out what happened. After that, they cleared my account but kept pushing me to upgrade to a $199 plan, which I didn't want. The support team was not friendly. They spoke to me as if they were doing me a favor for my $99 subscription, being rude and too confident. In short, I wouldn't recommend their service

What do you like best about WellSaid Studio? The variety of personas/voices was very helpful and the ability to break it apart by sentence or paragraph. The team I was working with was very specific about how they wanted their organization's name to be pronounced and I was able to make sure it was announced properly. The files were very easy to download and add to my video files as well.

What do you like best about WellSaid Studio? WellSaid Studios has saved me so much time and money creating voiceovers. They make creating voiceovers easy and very quick without sacrificing quality. I create a new project, select from a wide range of voices, and create the voiceover. Occasionally I run into a word or two that we have to work around, but their phonetic spelling feature takes care of that.
