Frustrating service responses.
On the whole the whole system works, but on occasion when things aren't going right, the staff at Weglot will take at least 3 to 4 emails of back and forth before they even start to pay attention to the details of your issue, and realize that they were in fact not giving your issue the due focus. The problem is that it usually takes as many days for each response to come back only to drag the process out longer. It is so simple to quickly deploy your site in multiple languages thanks to Weglot. I was also surprised by the speed of the support even though I'm on the Free Plan.

Best service ever
Best service ever! I particularly had a problem with a part of my web that I didn't want to translate, because if it translates, the filters didn't work. SO I ask for help to the technic service and, what was my surprise... that not only they told me how to do, but ALSO they do it for me.

Excellent support
Excellent support. They fixed the teething problems with translation of dynamic content and explained it to me with a video demonstration so that I can do it myself in future. All very simple and excellent translations too.

Fast setup, easy maintenance, great service.
This is a very fast way to implement localisation to your website. Translations are manageable by non-coding coworkers via the clear maintenance interface.

Great Service / Great Product
Baptiste was awesome. I had an area of the website that didn't translate and he signed in and fixed it for me. Weglot makes translations so easy. I recommend it to all my clients with international needs.
