Had a really good experience with the customer support. Gotta shout out Guillaume. Reached out via live chat regarding some widget issues and he patiently helped with the coding despite it being out of his job scope. Really awesome!

Quick help!
My translation fields were just empty and could not see any sentences so I reached out for help. I am in Japan so there is time differences, but my email was answered in a very timely manner! The problems didn't resolve with the first try but Jeremy was kind to support me until the problem was solved. Thank you for your help!!
