Quick help!

My translation fields were just empty and could not see any sentences so I reached out for help. I am in Japan so there is time differences, but my email was answered in a very timely manner! The problems didn't resolve with the first try but Jeremy was kind to support me until the problem was solved. Thank you for your help!!
