Weglot provides a lot of help documents that are easy to follow along however when you are stuck you need someone to help you and Weglot does that too! I was having a really hard time getting some third-party add-ins translated and while I tried and tried I just couldn't figure it out. Corentin from Weglot was my contact and was EXTREMELY helpful! This is the worst spent over 300 euros in my life... I really don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from. I started with a trial version and translation into one language, everything was ok, except for minor problems, which I understand can always happen. Satisfied with the effects of Weglot, I decided to buy a plan with translations into two languages. After I added the translation into the second language, everything started to go wrong. Great for startups

The platform and software itself functions well: for a small company like ourselves this is great for rolling out multiple languages. Working together with translators in the tool works great. Translation quality is similar to Google translate so you definitely need to get everything rewritten though.. However, we did encounter an issue where our website was down for 5 hours because of Weglot, after which support was very late to respond and help us fix the issue.
