I had a small issue with auto-renew
First, I have used many translation software/plugins and Weglot has the best and easiest to use. I had a small issue with auto-renew and Weglot was fast and responsive in solving the matter for me.

Excellent support
I had an issue that I wrote to Weglot support about. Their support employee, Christophe, was extremely quick to answer and very helpful in his replies. Highly recommended to work together this with company for your translations!

I panicked after loosing my…
I panicked after loosing my default language while translating into Dutch. Corentin remained calm and went straight away in contact with the web provider to discuss and solving the problem. Ensuring me that the both companies work close together to get everything perfectly running. After that he guided me step by step through the process to make the pages live again. Such a relief ...... pffff

Super fast and efficient support ! a handful of times I had to get in touch and I was amazed to receive a quick response (<24h). Every time the answer was precise and actually resolved my issues.
