What do you like best? Drag & drop journey builder is really helpful - "Key is one can use multi channel at a time". With data accuracy it gives me more confidence in taking decisions. Must-have tool for any serious marketer with almost zero dependency on in-house tech
What do you like best? The journey feature. It's absolutely amazing and it gives a marketer flexibility to hand-hold and manoeuvre as desired.
