"Waitwhile was a GIFT for our Holiday event this year!"
What do you like best about Waitwhile? The platform was reasonably intuitive, and we could get it up and running quickly. We used Waitwhile to create a virtual line for guests to make an appointment to get a photo with Santa Claus and reserve a ride on a carnival train during our annual community event. We implemented this program as a public health measure, but it worked so well and was so efficient we plan to use it every year!

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Using Waitwhile takes the guesswork out of tracking clients! It is a very user-friendly platform, and I love that the list can be made public. It allows those in line to know where they are on the list easily. I enjoy the feature of notifying next in line by text or email.
