Giving them a 3 as I did a trial for old el paso which had a £10 payment if you completed and responses were all accepted which they were however the £10 payment never came and you cannot contact them via the app as when you click contact it doesn't do anything. Pretty gutted if I'm honest as seemed a great concept

What do you like best about Voxpopme? Voxpopme is a great solution for collecting customer and consumer insights remotely. We used to try to do this via in-person focus groups, but n the current environment that's just not an option. Costs are very reasonable relative to the cost of facilities, refreshments, travel, and coordination when compared to an in-person focus group. What do you dislike about Voxpopme? Costs are a bit high and the entire website uses Flash, so can be a bit laggy to use. What problems is Voxpopme solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting consumers to provide more detail in their verbatims compared to traditional open-end questions.
