Best DID provider
What do you like best? It´s a robust and stable solution for DIDs, they have a huge coverage, service is good almost no have any outage with them. What do you dislike? They are not so flexible as other providers, channels cannot upgrade/downgrade on realtime. Also there is no way to add single channels, only by packs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To provide local numbers for our customers that are spread all over the world.

What do you like best? Voxbone provides top service with the best customer support on the market. What do you dislike? I would expect more countries to be covered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Voxbone as major carrier for inbound calls. We are very happy with that.

Long and excellent experience with Voxbone
What do you like best? Customer service. Over the years, they have remembered me and I fee like a valued client. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike though they always can improve on number availability What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at the moment and they have been quick and pleasant to deal with when they rarely occur.

Good customer services. user friendly interface. wide range of DIDs. very stable lines.providing clean numbers (spam free). great account manager What do you dislike? high prices. not having the option to choose DIDs from a range. very strict regulation and hard to upload documents for validation. robust and quick
What do you like best? turnaround times the support network teams are always quick to respond and generally get to the bottom of the situation quickly What do you dislike? we had an issue with a carrier and sound quality and no one would help us, due to DP but VB would not even reach out for us to the carrier so were stuck with poor call quality What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The portal - We're a little behind the curve with using carrier APIs, so the portal and functionality is very important for us. Here we order numbers, complete legislation uploads, initiate porting, raise faults and configure numbers in a variety of ways.
