What do you like best? Voxbone is by far the fastest and easiest Int'l carrier I have worked with to date. Too expensive, too slow in responding, not cooperative
What do you like best? The Quality of the connections and the amount of POPs. What do you dislike? The pricing of the products 1s much too high compared to the competition. Beware of their MMC contract
What do you like best? We've have had DIDs on voxbone for 13 + years. The ability to order DIDs in multiple countries and set them up quickly was unique when we started with them in 2006. The reliability and stability for the most part has been appreciated. The quality has been adequate, and the portal for the most part is reasonably easy to navigate. Good service, interface could be better.
What do you like best? The service they propose is complete and has the widest coverage in the telecom sector. What do you dislike? Prices are still high compared to competition and the provisioning interface is a bit clunky. Best DID service I tried
What do you like best? They have a huge coverage of DIDs covering almost all the world, service is good with almost no downtimes on all the years I used it. What do you dislike? A bit expensive compared with other vendors, and also not so flexible, cannot upgrade or downgrade channels on realtime. What do you like best? The portal - We're a little behind the curve with using carrier APIs, so the portal and functionality is very important for us. Here we order numbers, complete legislation uploads, initiate porting, raise faults and configure numbers in a variety of ways. robust and quick
What do you like best? turnaround times the support network teams are always quick to respond and generally get to the bottom of the situation quickly What do you dislike? we had an issue with a carrier and sound quality and no one would help us, due to DP but VB would not even reach out for us to the carrier so were stuck with poor call quality What problems are you solving with the product?
