I just started using Vonage and while I cannot say much about the actual product since I did not have a chance to test it much yet, but I can guarantee that the customer service is definitely excellent. My consultant Delvis Thimpson went above and beyond to help me with all the questions and concerns that I had and to get the right product that will work for my business needs. He really is great. Highly recommend.

Where it counts most

I evaluated and did a PoC with Vonage as well as RingCentral and Zoom. Although each had Pros and Cons, something stood out about Vonage. It was my rep, Alex. He was the final deciding factor. When I first looked at Vonage, there were some issues with getting my PoC up and running, whether it was account setup, addins, etc. this sort of scared me; so, I decided to look at some competitors.
