Great job from Jeremy Richardson and Vonage
I switched to Vonage after having an ATT landline for 27 years. The Vonage sales rep, Jeremy Richardson, made the transfer easy and seamless. Jeremy went beyond the extra mile to answer all my questions and to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend his services and I am extremely happy with Vonage as well.

We are so grateful to have upgraded our phone system with Vonage for our office locations to all be streamlined together! We researched many vendors and it as the interactions with Jeremy Richardson that sold us on choosing Vonage as the system we ended up installing. He was so great to work with throughout the entire process and we recommend if you choose to go with Vonage that you request being assisted by Jeremy too!!

Jeremy Richardson is a gem!
I have really never experienced a customer service/ salesman like Jeremy! I manage an office that was on outdated phone software, and Jeremy helped with a crazy easy transition to VOIP. He is one of the nicest, helpful people I have worked with period, and we genuinely got to know each other while he helped me. I cannot recommend Vonage enough - actually, I probably do, because I have told so many people about how unbelievably helpful Jeremy was.
