I was very unhappy and regretted moving to Vonage Business. I struggled, I couldn't get a human to talk to me. I finally emailed Jose, thinking my salesman wouldn't be able to help but he did! He instantly had someone on the phone that helped me and also fix things on their end. Thank you Jose!
