Jimmy Chang is the bomb
Jimmy is the bomb. Anytime I call him he answers the phone and takes good care of me. Vonage is lucky to have somebody like Jimmy that has such great phone skills, and knowledge of the phone system.

My Personal Experience in Telecommunications
Well, I have had a great experience with the salesman Jimmy Chang, and with Salim from Venezuela. They did a pretty good job. My new line was disconneted, but calling Jimmy Chang he found the way to restore the line. Mr. Salim was with me online until the line was reactivated. Evidently Jimmy Chang is not only a salesman, but someone who makes the necessary follow ups until everything is all set up. Vonage representative Gilbert Hebbert went out of his way to assist with issues we were having with getting our Vonage adapter provisioned. After several failed attempts, we were finally able to get it up and running with our ported phone number. Gilbert earned a gold star in our book for his concern and attention for our problems.
