My Personal Experience in Telecommunications

Well, I have had a great experience with the salesman Jimmy Chang, and with Salim from Venezuela. They did a pretty good job. My new line was disconneted, but calling Jimmy Chang he found the way to restore the line. Mr. Salim was with me online until the line was reactivated. Evidently Jimmy Chang is not only a salesman, but someone who makes the necessary follow ups until everything is all set up. Vonage representative Gilbert Hebbert went out of his way to assist with issues we were having with getting our Vonage adapter provisioned.
