What do you like best? I truly value that Vonage offers competitive as well as stable prices. What do you dislike? The only improvements I would make is with the e-fax. We currently do not have access to our fax system. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I hope to get access to our eFax portal. When I called, the representative told me that it is still work in progress.

What do you like best? The support staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and your call gets answered right away. I have not yet had to stay on hold for more than 30-second! The software is very user friendly once you learn a few thing with the aid of their support staff What do you dislike?
