What do you like best? The fact my phone bill is very near constant, not up and down. What do you dislike? I have not come across any dislikes yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use them, you cannot go wrong. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't been at this long enough to have problems to solve. The benefits are the ease of use and having a virtual assistant.

Each call for assistance has exceeded my expectations!

What do you like best? Reps are 100% knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They anticipate the problem and recommend best practices thoughtfully, respectfully and accurately. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The features and options for communicating with our customers. We can be reached and reach out customers from any device available and from anywhere our employees may be. Also, Like the time of day routing, follow me features and simultaneous ring of employee personal phones. The Iphone app is a big plus. What do you like best? Works efficiently and does not have voice breakage while calls. One of the best feature is we can use in our mobile and do our work and also the Windows application is good which can be used to send and receive text messages.
