Great Customer Service

What do you like best? When updating phone lines or adding a new person on the team, the customer service reps are fast, very kind and easy to contact. What do you dislike? This may not be something that is easy to fix, but we have a minimum of people whose numbers we can block. Spam calls come in often and we wish we could limit them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to transfer, conference and connect with clients.

What do you like best? Vonage has all the features you need in a VoIP service. In addition, their tech support is responsive and knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Quality services, Tons of options

What do you like best? We switched to Vonage from another company. Every issue that we had with our other phone company has not been an issue with Vonage. Call quality is clear, there are tons of options for our services, and our plan was catered to what we needed. The transfer to Vonage was incredibly easy and effortless. What do you like best? Vonage extensions is very useful for us. What do you dislike? some time messages are not delivering then we need to logout and login back to our application. The best phone system ever!

What do you like best? Ever since we switched to Vonage, not only are we saving a ,lot of money every month but we have phones with so many features and as the Admin, I found it easy to install and manage. The Vonage App for the iPhone is amazing as well. What do you dislike? Every now and then we experience a dropped call but it it far and few between. Great for what you get

What do you like best? The customer service is spot on. I don't spend forever waiting on help if I need it. I also like that it is almost constantly updating. What do you dislike? We would like to be able to send attachments and pictures through text, also group texting would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We are able to utilize our phone system for both in house and teleworking employees providing a seamless experience for our customers. What do you dislike? We are able to integrate this software to our CRM software to be able to use their click-to-dial function and we are also able to monitor statistics on calls - inbound / outbound. There is an app which is great, it has a great interface. Also, the voicemails are very simple to listen to as they are sent to your email. What do you dislike?
