Within in minutes I was up and running with my own 800 number and the ability to customize my own VoIP system in any way that I could conceive.

Wonderful service, great reception

I used this service recently to allow me to make conference calls for my work and activist organisations. The interface is intuitive, and the application worked straight out of the box on my Linux computer which is a rarity for some commercially available applications. The price is not very high as well if you need nationwide calling, and as infrequently as I call overseas I believe this will be a good alternative to a home phone service for me and my family.

Cuts in and out regardless of our 100Mbps internet speed.

The phones and website are great tools. However, we have a very good internet connection and the connection is still not very good. It will drop 2-3 seconds at a time every 30 seconds or so. Now every phone call consists of "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that," and "Can you repeat that?" several times.

Just need phone setup instructions in manual

I had to ask for instructions on how to set up phones as it is not in the admin manual. Otherwise no problems.

Having spent an infuriating set of several hours painfully trying to look at and contrast the various VoIP providers and trying to compare apples with pears, I came across VoIPStudio.
