Very easy to use software and great customer support.

Early days but very positive experience so far!

It's early days but very happy so far. Very easy and well laid out GUI front end. Still many features to look at but getting up and working was easy. Technical support very good and quick to respond.Sound quality great and prices very competitive.

Over all voipstudio is very good and has a very good system in place that works. There are always positive and negative things about every company and the only negative about voipstudio was that finding out that their prices to not include vat and no mention to say that the advertised price doesn't include vat so in the end the price was slightly higher than expected but still well worth it.The main positive about this company is the support, it is amazing. I have been with VoIPstudio for a few months now and cannot speak highly enough of them.Their support department is second to none and personally, I always rate a company by how it responds when things go wrong as everyone seems good when things go right. The employees of this company have gone above and beyond duty to accommodate me with far too many issues I have had, including configuring equipment that is not even theirs. These guys are quick

Setting up a trial VoIP service took our local enterprise net provider for 2 weeks. Somewhere in the middle we got bored of waiting and set up a VoIPStudio trial account. Even including a little exotic thing like a Hungarian phone number, the whole thing took them for a few hours.Now that we have finished the evaluation, I guess it is no question, which service are we using right now :)

Easy to use

I needed to set up a virtual phone and voice mail to have a place where customers could leave a voice mail before I called them back. Virtual studio does just that and allows me to retereive my voice mails from anywhere. The program is very user friendly and easy to set up.
