Significant change from what I've been used to!

Moved from BT to VOIP on Friday and it is what it says on the tin. Setup took 3 hours for the office system, but VoipStudio helped and made it easier. I want to see our first months call charges, but in terms of ease of set up and use it is significantly better than the deplorable BT.

Simple setup and configuration. Good call quality with no issues connecting or interruptions to service.Easy to add credit and view details of calls made.Very happy with system. My only criticism is the desktop application looks a little tired and dated and it is sometimes easy to 'lose' where the call controls are (on a multi-screen setup). It wasn't immediately obvious how I should get the dial-pad up to enter dial-tones (for voicemail etc) or how to hang-up.

This system is truly amazing. The sound is perfect and the cost even better. Keep up the good work.

Works generally well

Works generally well. Many useful features that one needs to learn such as internal conference calls and text messages via mobile phones. Difficulty to call US 800 numbers and some international numbers sometimes--It say wrong number even if it right. Calls' sound is pretty good with nice connections. Customer service is excellent with great associate Alf*nso.

Excellent tool

We've just used the service for a few weeks but we are really happy with how it performs. It's excellent, and its so easy to use.
