I have been using the trial version of VOIP Studio for a month and have just transitioned to the normal version - this was based on how the trial system worked, the ease of use, functionality, attractiveness of the user interface and costs of use - and comparisons to similiar VOIP systems. In my opinion, VOIP Studio compares favourably and I am so far very impressed with all aspects of the system.

I've used the VoIPstudio service over the last few weeks and have no complaints. Setup was easy and the team at VoIPstudio were extremely helpful. We're a small business with modest needs and Voipstudio more than delivers. VoIP services are often plagued with overly complicated, antiquated interfaces but VoIPstudio offers a service that is easy to use and yet powerful and packed with useful features. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VoIPstudio to anyone.

Having been a customer of VoIPstudio for a few months (initially on a trial), I am pleased to say that the customer service and support has been amazing, as is the VoIPstudio service itself. Initial issues I had setting up my existing VoIP handset with the VoIPstudio platform were resolved in minutes with the help of a support representative and as for the good bits; Integrating an IVR was simply a painless, straight forward, pleasurable experience, unlike many other providers I have used. ...

Nice people to work with

Nice people to work with. This service stands so far above Skype that it is hard to believe. Although both appear to have the same services, VolPstudio's services or features are actually usable and, if you have a problem, there is a real-live-person to step you through the problem. Try that with Skype! Although getting everything set-up was NOT as easy as they say; we were able to do so with out a computer tech. If you are using Skype, changing to VolPstudios is a real no brainer.
