Disappointed

We are spending a lot of money in your platform and still we cannot get the automatic recharge option to work well. Our team's productivity is severely affected by dropped calls. The first week of calls was also horrible, we had to contact support at least once a day. I really hope you can address these issues in the future.

great to work with, full of features, basic plan for me was only $5 as i only have incoming calls (FREE!!!!). with Callinstudio, you pay 3cents for every incoming too and $9 per month. Great dashboard; but the APP does not install! some error 403.

I have done tests on VOIP solutions several times and always decided not to go for it. Voipstudi's setup was simple fast and the quality of the calls superb.

We are currently using running the free trial to see if we will stick with VoipStudio. So far it has been really good. Easy to navigate and get started. I have had a bit of trouble with eh Android app on my phone but the support team were responsive and helpful. Even though I am in Australia the response times have been great. We are broadening the trial to more of our staff to really put VoipStudo through its paces but think we will be going ahead and signing up for the full version.
