The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent, I know that as I've had to speak with them a couple of times as the system is quite as initiative as we initially though and we've missed a couple of calls. It's been user error on my part but frustrating as it's not easy to identify the issue not know more about the system, and I'm not normally a technophobe.

I am using VOIP Studio along with Bria software to integrate with my CRM... the call quality are great and the dashboard is intuitive.. purchasing call credits are easy and super responsive support... great company...
