Great software, great 24/7 service!
After testing different software I can across VoIPStudio and was able to get going in seconds with a demo account. Very quickly I realised that it was the right combination of features and service. I have switched over to them for good two days ago and the voice quality is very good and I discover new features all the time which confirms that I made the right decision. have hidden fee
I received the first invoice, found there is a hidden fee for my "Pay to go" plan. On their website, it is indicated that the "Pay to go" plan is $4.99/month plus 1.5 cents/minute. In fact, I have to pay $6.23/month fee for purchasing the phone number. So, actually I need to pay $11.22 plus 1.5 cents/minute per month. I do not think this business is honest on their pricing offer. Please be aware of that.

Simply One of the Best!
We have used multiple VOIP companies over the years, cost and features varying. Based on cost, features and quality. VoIPstudio.com is at the top of the line. You will not be dissatisfied and an additional plus is their customer support is excellent, turn-around with minutes to a few hours is the problem or issue is not critical. They have a customer for life!

So close to 5-stars
My only criticisms focus on the inability to easily connect to other (external) SIP addresses, and that the dashboard is not overly intuitive, although this is really because there is so much functionality to play with. This is a good thing, but the self-help would be better, in an ideal word.Truly great support staff though. :)
