Great

Great customer service. Sometimes the connection is not that great in sound quality (low volume or low resolution or echo), although good average, but I have better experience with google hangouts or zendesk voice. However, the prices are great, especially if you have a low call volume, and this is the only service i know that gives you a local number with a great choice of different areas for each country

Great customer service!

Manual is great, but even if I'm not sure how to set up everything, voip studio's customer service is just excellent and really fast.. You get a reply in 5-10 minutes!

Can recommend VoIPstudio

Getting started was pretty straight forward, I had to have technical help to get the voip phone working so one of the technicians called me and got it working in a short period of time. Good technology, the calls are good, and the help getting set up was first class, I can recommend them.

The Best VoIP provider and softphone !

1- While Skyp* and co are collecting your personnal data and spying on you consequently, VoIP Studio is in terms of privacy much better.2- The quality of sound, reliability of their services (stability of softphone, servers are really great !3- And you can buy credit on payasyougo , monthly subscription (country France, Germany etc).4- the customer service is fantastic, ready to listen to you, and customized.I wish VoIPstudio.com all the best !

Good service with flexible usage options

Signed up for a free 30-day trial and got free credit for evaluation, that was a good start!I installed the Windows softphone right away and the quality was very good.I then set up a SIP account on my android and again the quality was good.The web interface is quite thorough and seems to have every feature you might need.From my experience of working with a few other providers, Voipstudio has good quality, rich offering and offers good value hence I would recommend it.

They have provided me with golden number for fixed fee and their International Unlimited package enables my business to save further on costs of calling from SIP number!

Unreliable connection quality but good concept

I've used them before in the UK with high speed wifi in the office and a fiver connection. They told us the poor connection was our fault. Having now tried again some 12 months later, in France, little has changed sadly. VOIP is a great concept but must be executed well or you sound like a dodgy call centre to your clients. I take great exception to their team telling me the problem is our end all the time (despite trying on laptop, iPhone, France, UK, NZ etc..).I'll finish my 2 weeks ...

Excellent Service
