Best development IDE for Windows

What do you like best? Visual Studio is an easy to use, but powerful IDE, which is the best IDE to use for Windows development. I especially like the fact that the editor is powerful, providing good help to the user without getting in the way of productivity. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Use it for front end development mainly reactjs What do you dislike? Sometimes it hangs or gives wrong compiler error which goes if you shut down and restart the application. What do you like best? I like the suggestions whenever you are coding as it really helps and auto correct is also a great help. you can easily import other libraries very easily and its too easy too debug your code with it!!
