Vidyard Fuels Act-On's Video Marketing Efforts
What do you like best? The best thing about Vidyard is the ease of use with embedding video across all of our digital channels. I'm also a big fan of the new animation previews for embedded videos. What do you dislike? Not much. I used to get a little confused by all the terminology in the platform itself, but Vidyard recently streamlined their user interface, which makes it even more direct and easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Vidyard has a ...

Video Recording
What do you like best? Chrome plugin works well and links to LinkedIn account for ease of publishing What do you dislike? Videos do not play directly in LinkedIn, they take you too a separate website which is not a great customer experience. All videos I see on LInkedIn play natively in LinkedIn. Research shows that videos should play in LinkedIn for best results. Additional mouse clicks is never a good thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Fantastic for Sales and Internal Marketing
What do you like best? The ability to screen record is great for not only our sales staff but for internal corporate communications. I've used it for tutorials as well as recording training and webinars. I also really enjoy that there is an Outlook plugin. This makes sharing videos much easier than copying links. What do you dislike? Would be nice to toggle between selfie mode and screen share. So far that is the number one feedback that I've heard from our sales staff and it ...

Personalized Videos = Personalized Sales
What do you like best? Vidyard is amazing because it's so simple to create a video and then so easy to share it with the people you need. I use it both for my work in sales and also for training my associates and new employees. It's got great viewable metrics and I can track who is watching my videos and which ones are not getting much attention. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface can be a bit confusing, however with practice you get familar. What problems are you ...

Easy to-use, Highly helpful tool!
What do you like best? The ease of use, compelling usage, and individual use-cases make Vidyard great. These sort of videos make you stand out, when you are emailing c-level individuals and others who are receiving several hundred emails a day. These sort of videos can be made specific to a certain user which is extremely personalized, or could be sent out to a small group of similar-like prospects. The support team is also amazing. I have ran into a few problems/questions, where ...

No brainer for SDR's trying to stand out
What do you like best? First of all, I appreciate that Vidyard is an incredibly easy tool to use. It gives the user the ability to quickly and easily send targeted videos to prospects or customers. In an SDR role, if you are not sending custom videos to your key prospects you are doing yourself a disservice. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything that I do not like about the tool. Recommendations to others considering the product: They have a free trial - try it and ...

Vidyard for Salesforce video projects
What do you like best? Quick upload, easy to make revisions to titles, etc. Organization is good- all similar videos are in one player. Easy connection to youtube etc. What do you dislike? Not super user-friendly at first. The button "modify videos" is not instinctually where I would go to add a video to a player. Also, I wish there was a link to a specific video inside a player, I have to tell my clients, for instance, "there is a version 5 of the video inside this player" and ...
