Has a lot of promise but difficult to jump in to

What do you like best? I like how professional and clean the final product can look on a webpage. What do you dislike? It takes a long time to master and learn how to use Vidyard, and even someone in it a lot can get tripped up by things. The new update has helped alleviate a lot of the issues and has made it easier. Makes Video Sharing and Engagement Easy

What do you like best? I love that Vidyard has a Pardot integration. We use Pardot for marketing automation, and it's nice to be able to sync our activity between the two platforms easily. What do you dislike? Vidyard's interface isn't very intuitive. Great tool for quick video recording

What do you like best? I like the ease of Vidyard. I am an admin part of a bigger team of people and send out invitations to people to grant Vidyard access. I also train employees on how to use the Vidyard tool. Because we are working remotely, Vidyard has been able to assist our training team in assigning SME's (that live and work in other states) to record training videos. What do you like best? I've worked with the Vidyard team for three years now, and their customer support has always been fantastic. From technical support to ideas on how to do manage our account, they've always been quick to get back in touch. What do you dislike?
