The Awesomeness of Vidyard

What do you like best? The ease of use in the program and the support we receive from Alan and Jamie. What do you dislike? I wish there was additional checks for Knowledge / quizzing style interactions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am providing sales enablement tools and internal training resources for my team. I am also embedding videos in our public Knowledge Base for external clients.

Excellent support, fast and friendly

What do you like best? I like how helpful everyone I have been in contact with at Vidyard has been to help me . Each and everyone of them have gone the extra mile to resolve my issues with the platform or show me new ways to use the platform. What do you dislike? There is nothing at this point in time that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy way to have CC added to each of our videos for accessibility.

A confusing experience

What do you like best? Nothing, from what we can tell the $150 per month HubSpot product is essentially a non-product. UPDATE: Vidyard responded to this review and resolved the issue. Thank you. After being told that upgrading our account would fix an issue with pre-video forms not displaying correctly, we discovered that not only was this information inaccurate, but also that there are no meaningful features available on their paid HubSpot plans. Great tool for collaborating with sales prospects

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to gain metrics on videos sent through the tool. What do you dislike? I haven't been using the tool long enough to see any downsides yet What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are realizing how many clients actually watch videos sent to them and the benefit of following up with those who want to see more.

Ease of use and control

What do you like best? I use Vidyard mostly for turning instructional videos into streamed links. It's easy and fast. I also like the fact I can control access via pwd What do you dislike? 5 STAR Sales Tool

What do you like best? Vidyard has such a simple interface and editing platform it actually makes it easier to do video in an email than to type it. It also has full integration with our CRM/Marketing/Sales platform, HubSpot, as well as Chrome and Gmail, so I am not changing platforms or interfaces to use the tool. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Vidyard is by far and away the best vendor I have ever hired. They make products that are fantastic and, quite honestly, create products I don't even know I need yet. I would highly recommend them to ANY digital marketing team and if you tracking views on YouTube, you are losing prospects and leads! What do you dislike? Better than Loom, Not as expensive as Wistia

What do you like best? The GoVideo feature and the integration with HubSpot so that I can see whether a person viewed the video and how much of it they viewed. What do you dislike? Sometimes it says a person viewed a video that I did not send a video to. I think this might be a HubSpot integration issue, but I'm not sure.
