Awesome product for internal and external use, especially during work from home

What do you like best? Love using Vidyard on our BDR team during outreach to see higher click/response rates. Also great for internal how-tos for our KB and especially while the company is on WFH. Great service! I was able to create videos for our clients to provide remote training and updates.

What do you like best? I really liked the customizability, like adding my company's branding to the video. What do you dislike? I did not love that in the free version I was unable to download my video files. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a global company, but very small and tied to one location. This platform allowed us to provide support for our clients in different time zones with training videos.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to film videos and the integrations put in place to attach those videos to emails. The tracking behind who, how often, and how long your prospect engaged with your video is irreplaceable! Great product!

What do you like best? I use Vidyard almost every day and love it! I get thank you's from clients on the personalization and they like seeing their name on the whiteboard. I mostly use Vidyard after Discover Calls and follow-ups from a demo. It's also super helpful for clients that went quiet on me to check back in on their project. What do you like best? Vidyard is very easy to use. An intuitive user interface makes life simple for the user. It also supports uploading videos, so if your video email needs a bit more polish than just a one-take shot, you have that option as well. What do you dislike? Vidyard is a great Video Tool!

What do you like best? I love how our videos are hosted in Vidyard, so when we share with new customers they don't have to see ads like you do on YouTube. What do you dislike? No major dislikes. I just wish we had the capacity to use more of the system features for our outbound marketing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
