New User, Impressed with Features

What do you like best? We use Vidyard to host videos for our website. I like that we can dynamically choose the thumbnail view and easily embed videos on the site. It's also nice that we can customize a landing page in Vidyard to quickly share videos via link when necessary. What do you dislike? I have not looked into this with much scrutiny, but I would like to have a more thoughtful way to store videos in the library. It would be nice to categorize by type or where the video is ...

It's a great tool for marketing and sales

What do you like best? Even the free tier is extremely useful. From a marketing standpoint it lets me see how far each user had seen a video, and from there know how to market them farther via automation. From a sales standpoint it allows me to provide some real value to the customer in the form of tips and tricks before I propose my product. What do you dislike? I think its great. What do you like best? ease of use and interface is what stands out to me when thinking vidyard What do you dislike? honestly, there really isn't much I dislike other than I wish they had the ability to add music within the video instead of having to play the music while you are recording. I LOVE Vidyard

What do you like best? I love that I can make demo video for my clients and they can link directly to set up a live demo with me right from the video. What do you dislike? I would like to have more colour customization options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Vidyard has entirely changed the game of prospecting by enabling us to SHOW our product in use

What do you like best? Robust insights (unique viewers, average watch time, etc.) and being able to actually SHOW what our product can do for the prospect as opposed to trying to paint a picture over the phone or in a typical email. What do you like best? The analytics on our videos have been top notch and the stats on user engagement have been helpful in guiding our overall video strategy. What do you dislike? Provides great interactivity and personalization, while providing viewer metrics

What do you like best? The sales team has been using Vidyard for their outbound efforts, as well as follow-ups for meetings, submissions, etc. Their videos provide them with the ability to hyper personalize their emails. From a marketing standpoint, having access to all of the viewer data is extremely helpful in letting us know what videos on our website or landing pages are performing, where we're losing people, and how many times someone views a particular video. What do you like best? I can use the Chrome extension for most quick video recording and get messages out quickly. What do you dislike? The dashboard is a little tough to understand at first. What do you like best? Vidyard is a very intuitive platform that took very little time and effort for my team to learn and start using. The time to value was very quick.
