What do you like best? The Chrome extension is great. Recent upgrades also have significantly improved usability including speaker notes and being able to move the talking head bubble. What do you dislike? Analytics could be a bit more robust - I get a lot of analytics that just say "Canada" as the source of traffic. Vidyard making ungated videos a tool for demand

What do you like best? The ease of use, it is very easy to create the thumbnail image, edit meta information and add a CTA within an ungated video. I also love that my team member who knows HTML can create branded CTA buttons and pages and it is very easy for him to access this part of the tool. What do you like best? It has great features, yet is simple and easy to use. They recently revamped their backend, so it somehow got even EASIER to use. Vidyard allows you to have complete control over the user experience of watching your video. Unlike YouTube/Vimeo, you keep eyeballs on your own website.
