What do you like best about Via? Automated Discount Codes. Our customers love it and it has helped our sales as well. What do you dislike about Via? Not as much communication as I used to have. What do you like best about Via? The customer service is wonderful. We find it very helpful to have assistance from Caroline with strategies and planning! What do you dislike about Via? Sometimes we wish there were more features available on the app, such as "undo". What problems is Via solving and how is that benefiting you? VIA helps a lot with giving insights to specific things they have a better view on because they work solely on SMS marketing.

What do you like best about Via? The only thing going for them is the price per text. But thats about it. What do you dislike about Via? I was using an Ad agency that told me to sign up with them. So that is my mistake for not reading through everything.
