PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's a reliable product. It works at blazing speeds. It's able to handle just about anything. Whether it's dealing with small backups to files with petabytes of data, it does it all with ease. The tool can be configured. It's ease of use lured me to Veritas in the initial going. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Their tech support improved a tad bit over the years. But still, things can lead to a bit of confusion. ...

Excellent image screen capture tool... But almost too many features now

What do you like best? I really like that I can instantly capture a section of my screen by hitting PrtScrn. Video capture is also very handy for creating educational videos. What do you dislike? I dislike that the new version has almost too many features, and the ones I use most often are now buried and have to be manually added to the toolbars. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instant screen capture for documentation.

An excellent product that saved me numerous times.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can't thank how helpful this product has been. Its got a nice set of features worth using time and again. It can easily back up to AWS. It also has the ability to de-duplicate. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Its NetBackup UI needs improvement. That's in terms of being user-friendly. What do you like best? As most will know this range of Symantec products were an industry standard for back ups. This means that there is a great deal of knowledge and resource material around for this well established solution. pretty basic, pretty expensive but it does the job

What do you like best? It does what it is supposed to do. It is pretty basic. What do you dislike? restores take a while, not very user friendly interface. Expensive and did not have a good customer service experience on multiple occasions Recommendations to others considering the product it works. But I think there are better options. Backing up for the Future.

What do you like best? The user interface is easy to use and displays the relevant data. I have enjoyed the organization of the backup date. What do you dislike? I feel that some of the reports are very old looking. they feel like something from early 2000. The data is represented, it just feels dated. What business problems are you solving with the product?
