You have to find the right teachers but…
You have to find the right teachers but once you do, it's really a great site! I've been using Verbling for about 5 years now and I'm really happy and would recommend!

Thousands of credits lost without a notification
Horrible service experience for new customers. When you sign up for their service and buy a bunch of credits (in my case ~3k USD), they don't inform you explicitly that these credits expire, and do so pretty soon (in 6 months). To make things worse, they don't send you a kind email in advance or even after the fact when they robbed you of all your credits. Understandably, some credits expiry policy is required, but only with adequate communication to users like other language learning ...

Verbling is an excellent site
Verbling is an excellent site - I had a small problem, self inflicted, and they were so incredibly helpful. Resolved with no problems. I love the site. I am gaining fluency far faster than I thought I would and I love my teacher Elisa. Viva Italia!

had a problem accessing the teacher…
had a problem accessing the teacher profile videos and sent an email to tech support. received a reply within a few hours with some suggested fixes and was able to solve the problem. very pleased with the both the response time and solution!

Excellent support
I have caused a trouble to change the email of my profile, so that I was unable to log in. The assistance service was very fast and efficient. It has fixed the trouble in a couple of hours from my email.

Exceptional Customer Service
The Customer Service Agent Mrs. Julia responded asap to my request. Specifically, in 4 minutes time from the moment I sent the email, she refunded an older payment to Verbling and she informed me via email.
