I am a teacher through their platform and their customer service has always been top notch.

Good Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding

I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.

Fantastic platform, tuition and customer service!

Verbling is a fantastic platform. The online classroom feature works very smoothly and my tutor provided excellent tuition and materials. I think it is great value for money, and fantastic that the booking calendar and timings are so flexible. Unfortunately, verbling doesn't feel safe anymore. Recently they started an entire purge of teachers if they don't comply with their new invasive background checks made by a third party without giving any knowledge as to how this really personal and private data is processed and who it is shared with.
