We have been running Vend for about…
We have been running Vend for about three years now, with very few problems. When problems have occurred, the Help facility is very useful, and the responses from the help team are very quick. Certainly much better than our previous (desktop based) system, and we can thoroughly recommend it.

Vend Support - second-to-none
I am using Vend as part of a team. Whilst it doesn't have absolutely everything, what it does have is well done and works perfectly. I have recently been involved in some changes in the way our business operates and it's required several calls back and forth to Vend Support. This review is primarily about Support - which is second-to-none! The call-back system is great - you ring, no waiting on hold and they ring you back within minutes. First time encounter
Occasionally, when my front desk staff close the sales summary for the day, there was one receipt not captured in the summary. It happened on the last day of Feb and the first day of March. This should not happen, am I correct?

The VEND point of sale product is…
The VEND point of sale product is great! It's very user friendly and was easy to implement. The reporting is very good! The support is exceptional and very prompt. There are a few additional tweaks I'd like that would make the product fantastic! Well done Vend team!

Great encouragement by Vend phone support
I was really encouraged by my last phone conversation with Lucia after needing help to finish off my Inventory count at the end of March. She was very clear and her instructions were very easy to follow. My biggest issue now after stock take, is to tidy up my stock on Vend, so it is all very easy to find

Other companies need to take a page from your book!
I seriously can not stop saying enough GREAT things about Vend, their customer service or the program. I researched so many point of sale systems before opening up our doors. Nothing out there ticked ALL of the boxes for us. We began wondering if our expectations were to high. We bounced from POS demo to demo and we just weren't happy with what we were seeing. Excellent app
We are using VEND in our store from the very beginning (over 2 years now) and have never any issue with the software or the update. The program is very easy to learn and user friendly.

"Not my favorite POS"
What do you like best? I like that it is iOS compatible across the board. Many stores are switching to an iPad as a sales platform and this is competing with the rest of the programs
