Customer service is great
Customer service is great, Better to call than await an email as it could be some hours after its sent to be answered, depending on who picks it up. However, experience has been good and they've helped the best they can every time, sometimes it is down to changes where they can no longer help.

Great POS system and easy to use
Great POS system and easy to use. The only improvement we would like to see is a quotation feature, as the "Park Sale" function is confusing for a lot of customers who do request a quote and believe we have invoiced them.

Best Pos hands down!!!
Vend has been an amazing fit for our business. Transitioning was easy and fast and the customer support is top notch! Wish we would have switched pos systems years ago! The capabilities are top notch and literally everything we thought about implementing was available and just a couple simple steps. Great overall experience
Great overall experience. The team was helpful and fluid with their demonstrations. The software is easy to navigate and if you have any questions it is simple to get a hold of a representative. 24/7 service. The only feedback I can give is during the setup, to have better communication with your customers. It was a bit confusing as to who to talk to during the setup, but once we got to the right person, it was good.

"Simple, effective, easy to use!"
What do you like best? The best thing I like about Vend is how easy it is to use and how little training is required to be able to use the system when serving at the shop I volunteer at for fundraising purposes. It makes fundraising so much more enjoyable, rewarding and profitable.

Had an issue within the settings
Had an issue within the settings. Didn't understand it so I submitted a ticket. Got a quick response from vend and we were able to fix the issue.

All round support
