Vend is easy to use and their customer service is very helpful ! You can do mostly everything with Vend !

Everyone at Vend is always…
Everyone at Vend is always knowledgeable and very helpful. So glad I chose Vend as our POS system. Like all the reports available, easy to follow. Still have a few issues but Vend listens to our suggestions and constantly makes improvements and updates.

Prompt Customer Service
Phone support and prompt customer service is amazing from Vend. I sent a support ticket on Sunday and didn’t expect a response until Monday so you can imagine how thrilled I was to receive a reply with the assistance I needed within an hour. The Vend team knowledge is priceless for my business to operate efficiently.

Vend EPOS System
I have used Vend for some time now. This is my 3rd EPOS System and it is by far the best. The software is easy to use and the support second to none. We recently changed our POS system to Vend. We were a little apprehensive about the transition and how that would go, however we got fantastic support from Vend staff, and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend the 'onboarding' package which provides set up support and training - it's very well managed and made things easy.
