Very simple app to use I run my whole handyman business on it. I would recommend Vcita to any business owner looking for a system to use.

Amazing app and easy to use features!
Amazing app and easy to use features!Integrates nicely with website and allows clients to contact me as well as setup meetings.I would like to see an option to integrate with Google calendar or outlook calendar to avoid need for repetitive updates in two places of scheduled meetings and unavailable times.

I would normally give 5 Stars to this…
I would normally give 5 Stars to this CRM but the last time I had questions, I could not get hold of anyone on the phone. Everything was via email. Did not like that. There should be a phone conversation option as well. Otherwise its all good!

Good product worth the investment
vita has worked well for me as a CRM platform. Allowing clients to book and change online sessions has elevated the level of professionalism I project and simplified this system on the client end. It's also made it much easier for me to keep track of billing compared to when I was trying to manage it myself.

Not Really Great on Mobile
Since the new software, app etc. was installed vCita is much slower, and each time I use vCita to book, confirm, reply it turns off all audio on the phone. I sent a note about this when it happened earlier in the year - you acknowledged that but have not fixed it. I still use the service - but this is such an easy fix - and we live in a mobile world - as you smart folks know. So why not make it more mobile friendly?
