Overall, I have been very satisfied with your services! However, there are two points I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, it would be very helpful if we could link a payment to an invoice, even if the payment has been done before the invoice is issued. For example, I had a client who paid me before the lesson and when I issued the invoice I could not link them and it seemed that she had to pay again. This CRM is perfect for my project!
The system seems to be very robust and Has many fantastic capabilities. Even more incredible is the skill set and availability of my rep Bella, who knows the system very well and is able to coach me on how to best use the program!
