Very aesthetically pleasing and intuitive to use.

What do you like best? The settings of this program are very straight forward. I have used other programs in the past that are too technical and hard to navigate. This has been a very seamless experience. I like that you can tag clients. This makes it easy to export lists to use with other programs. The notifications are also very useful. Love this scheduling tool

What do you like best? how easy it is for me and also my clients to schedule time with me. How I can add a process in Zapier to make sure I capture new clients into my email auto responder. And I love the automated messages I can send out along with the follow up messages. The client portal is awesome, its a one stop shop for my potential clients and business partners. I'm loving vCita!

What do you like best? It automatically adjusts appointments for my clients' time zones, so I no longer have to think in terms of every client's time when scheduling. I just book everything in my own local time, and vCita does the rest. I like the invoicing system. The whole program is intuitive and easy to us, but powerful nonetheless. What do you like best? Easy to install & use, and to convey to clients What do you dislike? Nothing-easy to install and inexpensive, and ideal for hat I thought I needed. My experience has been good with vCita. Customer support is great!

What do you like best? I like the customer service the best! There is low waiting time, which was great. I enjoy the chat help online. The features are great. I can create a link to insert into my programs, blogs, AdWords, my website, etc. The editing features are easy to use when I need to make changes. I wish I had more time to see all the tools I have in Vcita

What do you like best? I like that people can make payments, that I can send emails, that people can schedule there appointments What do you dislike? Great product at a good price

What do you like best? The ability to easily schedule appointments. How user friendly it is to sync with gmail. What do you dislike? The email marketing isn’t as easy to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s very easy for existing and new client to schedule appointments. It’s helped with time management.

I've had a great experience using vCita. They're customer support has been amazing since day one!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how their customer service works. Waiting time is very minimal, which is a good thing. I like their online chat help. What do you like best? I like the ease of setting up different types of appointments and adding that on my website for my clients. I also like that it integrates easily with my google calendar and sends reminders to my clients. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the ease of use and the customer service best. The aesthetic of the portal page is also the best I have seen. What do you dislike?
