Nice tool for scheduling and secure client portals
What do you like best? We moved our appointment scheduling to vCita because of their integration with our new web hosting platform. What do you dislike? Wish clients could upload more than one file to their secure portal at the same time. Going one by one can be a bit tedious when we are requesting multiple documents. What do you like best? Easy set up - a little time consuming, but if you want it to work for your business, set aside the time to get yourself up and running. What do you dislike? There are an overwhelming number of customizable letters, follow up email shells, and communication tools that need to be tailored to our business. I like how this scheduling tool works.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's simple for me to use. My clients get to schedule the time with me. I love how I can include a process within Zapier to ensure I can capture new clients within my email auto responder. I favor the auto messages that I can send along with my follow-up messages. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's simple to utilize. Very clear in terms of use. Simple to navigate. It can keep track of payments and allows note taking of clients. A widget is available and can be placed on the site to let your clients directly set an appointment with you. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? This system allows clients to choose up to three appointment times then you choose the best that works with your schedule!!! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I know what people are looking for before they schedule a free consult with me. And I like the ease for users to contact me. What do you dislike?
