What do you like best about Varicent? Very flexible tool, report customization is very easy, infographics is easy to comprehend. Report making is quite easier, with their latest V10 version, the computation and GUI has significantly improved for Admins,

Sanj and Bryan are so thoughtful about the product (and they have built out a strong team of staff now as well), and its practical use for organizations, and are ego-less and REALLY listen to their customers. Concert allows me to get rid of the long, complicated Excel formulas and to quickly download a report with the information I need to accrue and pay out commissions. The customer service is also incredible - whenever I have a question, my account rep, Laurent, is right on top of things.
