What do you like best about Varicent? At CDW we like total control of our comp data, that's why we opted for an on-prem installation. This has allowed us to create additional tools/facilities that add significant value. It's flexible/powerful enough to handle everything we need (and we need quite a bit).

What do you like best about Varicent? We have a very complex incentive compensation management program that Varicent handles with ease. We can update our customized compensation plans as needed with little input from our development team. Our development support team is excellent and very responsive. I sometimes rely heavily on them during end of month processing and it feels much more like a partnership than a customer relationship.

What do you like best about Varicent? ICM allows for quick development of new plans and reporting. -Clear interface, short learning curve to learning how to build components versus SQL

What do you like best about Varicent? We use ICM to calculate, pay and track all of our incentive payments from gift card spiff awards. Perhaps what we like best is the flexibility in building the different plans. We have a variety of plans ranging from a dozen or so calculations to plans that have hundreds of calculations. Really, we haven't come across a plan that we couldn't build.

What do you like best about Varicent? Varicent makes ICM which meets all of our compensation needs and more. It's a rare incentive compensation application that is so expansive that you don't even use all its features. Beyond that, the Varicent team is so hands-on in its service that we never are neglected or forgot about.
