What do you like best about Vantaca? Streamlined services with all emails filtering through the software and attaching to homeowners account. Full transparency. What do you dislike about Vantaca? I would love to see more information on the budgets as far as notes, annual assessment amount and # of homes. What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you? The homeowner app, this will streamline the ease of of use to owners.

What do you like best about Vantaca? I love how easy the workflow is with Vantaca especially with service requests. I like that you can easily send service requests to vendors and that communication is automatically sent to the owner as well. What do you dislike about Vantaca? I think a big space for improvement is the Board emails so that the boards can more easily respond and to be able to see everyone's messages within the discussion. What do you like best about Vantaca? Coming from Quickbooks, Vantaca has been AMAZING with the amount of automation. Managing 65 properties it would take us almost a week to do all of our bank reconciliations. Now it takes maxium a day and half and thats mostly just reviewing. That ALONE has saved our company so much time. Producing financials is a click of a button where as before we were manually creating them in PDF Files. What do you like best about Vantaca? Having a bank that works with Vantaca is super helpful for bank reconciliations. Also, having only one platform to do everything. Pay invoices, communicate with homeowners and accounting. Vantaca has a library with screenshots of step-by-step procedures if you forget how to do a process. If that is still not helpful, which I doubt, or they don't have a FAQ of what you are searching for, you could submit a ticket. I want to say the turnaround on tickets ...
