What do you like best about Vantaca? Vantaca allows us to have a central management point for all aspects of community management. All owner requests, board requests, work orders, AP, AR, financial reporting, etc. are managed on one platform accessible by all employees. What do you like best about Vantaca? The ability to obtain data about productivity amongst other things is truly invaluable What do you dislike about Vantaca? I wish the design was more modern. It can be tedious with the lack of color. Make each step on the AI pop so we can understand what happened or who did what better What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that it keeps an eye on action items so things don't fall through the cracks

What do you like best about Vantaca? The best thing about Vantaca is how customizable it is. You really can set it up to automate and streamline almost anything you want to do. That is fantastic, as there are often unique needs in this industry that are difficult to predict for a widespread software company, so it puts the tools and power in your hands to make it work for you. The homeowner app, this will streamline the ease of of use to owners.

What do you like best about Vantaca? I love how easy the workflow is with Vantaca especially with service requests. I like that you can easily send service requests to vendors and that communication is automatically sent to the owner as well. What do you dislike about Vantaca? I think a big space for improvement is the Board emails so that the boards can more easily respond and to be able to see everyone's messages within the discussion.
