Vanta's app gave us excellent guidance to ensure that we'd succeed with our audit, along with almost all the tools we need to ensure that our controls are effective (such as managing policies, employee onboarding, offboarding, etc). Their customer success team was top-notch.

What do you like best about Vanta? Their team is knowledgable in both soc 2 practices and their actual tool, making them very valuable and helpful. The tool is awesome and simple. I like the weekly updates as well.

What do you like best about Vanta? Customer support is great - fast, responsive, and consistent. The product itself is becoming pretty integral to our employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as (of course) our SOC 2 compliance (the main thing we use it for). The task checklist is a really helpful tool to keep tabs on where we need to make additional investments in data security and privacy.
